By ordering from Ghar Bowls through our website or app, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Freshly cooked vegetarian meals prepared in our kitchen and delivered in the areas listed in the app. Our kitchen is fully vegetarian. Dishes may contain dairy, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, gluten or mustard. If you have a food allergy, tell us before ordering and do not rely on the app alone.

Ordering and cut-off times

• We deliver Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, and on holidays listed in the app.
• Orders must be placed before the cut-off time shown for each slot. Orders after cut-off go to the next available slot.
• An order is confirmed only once we accept it. If we cannot prepare or deliver it, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is by UPI, or as otherwise agreed with us. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.
• Prices, dishes and delivery charges can change at any time. The price shown when you order is the price that applies to that order.

Meal plans

• A plan is a prepaid pack of bowls, used one at a time on working days, and is personal to the phone number that bought it.
• Plan bowls do not expire within 90 days of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Base upgrades, add-ons and drinks are charged separately.
• Unused bowls are refundable only as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery

We deliver within the slot shown, but times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and demand. Someone must be reachable on the phone number given. If nobody is available and we cannot reach you, the order is treated as delivered and is not refunded.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate delivery details, don't misuse the service or try to interfere with it, and treat our riders and staff respectfully. We may refuse or cancel orders from accounts we believe are abusive or fraudulent.

Liability

We take food safety seriously and prepare food under our FSSAI registration. Except where the law says otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
